About The Association

A Unified Voice for
East Surat Developers.

The Surat East Builders Association (SEBA) was established with the core objective of systematizing and organizing the real estate development sector in the eastern zones of Surat (including Varachha, Mota Varachha, Kamrej, Dindoli, etc.). Recognizing the need for a unified voice among builders in our area, SEBA is dedicated to working collectively and effectively resolving the local issues, governmental policy hurdles, and project challenges faced by developers in these specific areas.
